Qualifying as a solicitor in 1992, since then Dawn has specialised exclusively in family law, working in and around Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex being both a partner and heading up Family departments.

Accredited as a specialist family lawyer by the Law Society, by having membership of The Advanced Family Law Panel and The Children Panel, means that Dawn is able to undertake the full range of family law matters, acting for clients in all types of financial and divorce matters and also all types of children cases. Being a member of the Children Panel means that Dawn is able to act for Children – either directly or through a Children’s Guardian.

Saba has considerable experience in dealing with family law matters, especially in relation to divorce and complex financial cases, and resolving children act matters. In addition she enjoys advocacy and regularly represents her clients at Court.

In particular Saba prides herself in providing excellent client care; ensuring that clients receive the best available options, whilst adopting a sympathetic approach.

Saba has worked in London and South East practices, and also has had the opportunity to work at the Official Solicitors.

Having worked for a large law firm in the City for many years, Janis left it behind to begin working for divorcesolicitor.com from the very beginning and was Mark’s secretary since day one.

Although she has assisted in the conveyancing department over the years where required, Janis predominantly works alongside Mark with all aspects of family law. This has always been a field of law that she has had particular interest in and can offer all the assistance and support that many of our clients need during those trying times during a family law case.

Janis enjoys a variety of activities to keep fit and has a love for badminton and skiing. She is also learning to play golf and enjoys dancing and going to the theatre, as well as socialising with a large group of friends in and around Hertford.

Having joined the firm in 2015 Rebekah has become one of the key members of the team and thrives in all aspects of her work.

With 40 years experience in Financial and Business Management, Ian brings a wealth of knowledge to the business. His previous role was as Practice Director for another local family law firm which he held for over 10 years. Ian’s role focuses on the financial and business strategy for the company as well as handling compliance. He takes care of our IT processes and plans to further improve the level of service that we provide to our clients.

Ian has lived in Hertford with his family for over 25 years and enjoys a variety of pass times including sailing, skiing and supporting the local rugby club. He is often found with his headphones in listening to the likes of Bruce Springsteen and Dire Straits.
